Job Description:-

• Manage end-to-end process related to purchase requisition creation, client approvals and purchase order amendments.
• Solve complex Employee/Vendor issues and proactively improve service trends.
• Effective collaboration and coordination with Finance and Procurement Operations teams in different locations for timely transaction processing.
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across global and local teams.
• Purchase of consumables (Engineering & Soft Services).
• Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQs) and collecting quotes for Repairs and Maintenance (R&M) works as per requirement.
• Negotiation and finalizing of vendors.
• Maintaining and Renewal of PAN India contracts with vendors.
• Interacting with projects, vendors and closing requirements accordingly.
• Sharing period reports and analysis with the Clienteles and Procurement Heads.
• Perform analysis on weekly and monthly basis on spend data, process inflow, requisition and purchase order related queries.
• Constantly seek opportunities for Process improvements through data analysis.
• Empaneling new vendors with background checks.
