I hold a BSc (Hons) in Nursing and have upgraded my qualifications with an MBA in Healthcare. Currently, I am working as a Hospital Manager at ESIC Medical college and Hospital Alwar Rajasthan India, where I utilise my strong communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and leadership qualities to drive operational excellence. Under my tenure, I successfully led the institution to achieve NABH Entry-Level Certification. My combined clinical and administrative expertise allows me to bridge patient care and management, ensuring high standards in healthcare delivery and regulatory compliance.

I have six years of experience as a Nursing Officer at Safdarjung Hospital, where I worked across various departments including the Medicine Ward and HDU, Orthopaedics OT, and the COVID-19 ICU. 

After upgrading my qualifications with an MBA in Healthcare, I transitioned into hospital management. I served as Hospital Manager at High Tech Hospital, Alwar for 3 months, then as General Manager at Sania Hospital, Alwar for 5 months. Currently, I am working as Hospital Manager at ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Alwar, for the past one year.

I hold a Bachelor of Science(Hons) in Nursing from college of Nursing Vardhman mahavir medical college and safdarjung hospital that comes under guru gobind singh indraprastha university delhi and have further advanced my qualification with a Master of Business Administration(MBA) in Healthcare Management from CT university Ludhiana that comes under Punjab university
