In my position as a Scrum Master at Pi Techniques Pvt Ltd, My Job responsibilities primarily included facilitating scrum ceremonies i.e daily standups, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective to facilitate on-time delivery. Successfully leading teams in developing high-quality software solutions on time. Stakeholder management and internal team coordination.
