A seasoned HR leader with over twenty years of experience in the areas of talent management, leadership development, learning, organisation design, change management and implementation of HR technology. I have worked across industries such as retail, hospitality, consulting, manufacturing, education, entertainment and media. I was instrumental in setting up the L&D function at PVR Cinema’s, followed by setting up the People and L&D function at Gloria Jeans Coffee’s and Hypercity. I then went on to set up and Head the HR function at Mad Over Donuts and currently head Learning and Talent Management at Shemaroo Entertainment. 

A key success factor for me has been the ability to consider customer perspective, connecting with business leaders and stakeholders and aligning people initiatives such that they facilitate culture creation and deliver business impact.
