During my tenure at Alite Projects, I worked as an HR Executive handling key responsibilities across the HR domain. My role primarily focused on end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across various departments. I was actively involved in employee engagement initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and retention, and also supported the HR Business Partner (HRBP) functions, ensuring smooth coordination between employees and management.

This experience enhanced my understanding of core HR operations, strengthened my communication and people management skills, and gave me practical exposure to aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
