 Hands on experience of stress analysis of Greenfield, Brownfield projects for onshore &
offshore projects. Also exposure to O&G and chemical plant design.
 Exposure to stress analysis of detailed phase, FEED & BEED stages.
 Working as Lead Engineer/ Area lead for various projects. Acted as focal point for Germany
 Exposure to stress analysis as per ASME B31.3 and EN13480 code.
 Identification of lines as per project criteria and preparation of stress critical packages.
 Stress analysis of critical lines connected to static equipment like exchangers, columns,
reactors, knock out drums, heaters, air coolers & tanks.
 Stress analysis of lines connected to rotating equipment like pumps, compressors & turbines.
 High pressure & temperature lines, jacketed lines and cryogenic lines connected to cold box.
 Expansion loop sizing for pipe rack lines. Analysis of PSV lines and slug analysis
 Analysis of lines for Flow induced vibration as per EI guidelines.
 Selection of springs and expansion Joints & preparation of springs data sheets.
 Preparation load information & co-ordination with other engineering depts. /vendor.
 Exposure to flange leakage check and trunnion calculation.
 Supporting for critical and non-critical lines & Final documentation of stress calculations.
 Man hour Estimation and planning of activities.
