I have been working for Ericsson for the past 11+ years in the Sustainability and CR domain. In my current role I have been driving partnerships in India with customers, UN agencies and other Not-for-profit organizations. My contributions in India has also helped us achieve awards and accolades. I am enclosing along my resume that details my work experience and I look forward to meeting you to discuss the same.

In my current role I'm responsible for sustainability and corporate responsibility initiatives for Ericsson in India. My role includes:
• Leading strategy execution on Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility (S&CR) for EGI.
• Instrumental in developing and implementing S&CR structure and ways of working in EGI.
• Implementation of policies and directives, execution of S&CR strategy and Technology for
• Good initiatives for EGI.
• Developed and executed employee volunteer engagements and donation program in India –
• reaching 20,000+ employees.
• In 2020, developed and executed the online volunteering initiative “Ericsson Rise” for
employees in EGI
• Primary driver in the EGI CSR Board – responsible for end to end reporting.
• Liaison closely with Group Function to report on updates, performance in India and contribute to key global SCR initiatives and work groups.
• Conceptualization, Identification and Implementation of the CSR programs in India - responsible for tracking the contribution of each project or deliverable within the program to the consolidated program outcomes.
• To engage and communicate to all relevant stakeholders, regarding the program objectives, performance, improvements etc.
• Instrumental in monitoring & supporting on-going projects through site inspections, updating processes, developing new procedures, action plan, training.
• Conducting governance meetings and audits.

• Work with Marketing & Communication team to drive communication across social and digital platforms to ensure Ericsson’s S&CR narrative is disseminated to various Ericsson stakeholders (clients, media, community leaders, partners, external events) S&CR SME to address relevant customer’s requests and new requirements as S&CR topic
evolves going forward, by knowing and addressing the customer’s agenda on S&CR.
• Enable relevant S&CR support to Service line/ Customer Account Managers wrt. to customer visits, RFP and contracts.
• Identify and drive sustainability initiatives with alignment to customers and relevant market.
• Maintain S&CR reporting as part of contract.
• Assess and support build S&CR awareness and capabilities within various teams within the organization. Stimulate interest and engagement to support our S&CR priorities.
• Responsible for ensuring that Ericsson’s Sustainability Practices are adhered to by all vendors.
• Build and execute the social sharing strategy and associated channels to support employee advocacy – within and outside of the company
• Execute on profit distributions by law in India - ensure compliance as per the India CSR Act (Clause 135 of the Companies Act, 2013).
• Impact Assessment and independent third-party assurance of CSR Initiatives
• Work closely with the Ericsson compliance and legal teams.
• Responsible for engaging and maintaining Ericsson’s relations (area of Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility) with government and non – government organizations in India – UNESCO, WFP, UNICEF, Nasscom etc.
Additional responsibilities:
• Member of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at EGI to deal with the complaints relating to Sexual harassment at workplace.
• Member of the Location Leadership team for 3 large EGI work sites – Noida, Gurgaon and Bengaluru.
• Strategizing & supporting the EGI LT on additional workgroups – Workplace of the future, virtual customer visits, Employee Voluntary support group.

• Instrumental in supporting Ericsson win The Silver for “CSR Covid Relief Projects” at the 6th CSR Health Impact Awards 2022.
• Instrumental in supporting Ericsson win The Golden Peacock Award for Corporate Social Responsibility - 2019
• Instrumental in supporting Ericsson win the "Project of the Year award" at the 6th CSR Impact Awards 2019 at South Asia's Largest CSR Forum organized by CSRBOX.
