Experienced in delivering end-to-end PLM programs, including pre-sales engagements, requirements gathering, solution design, effort estimation, SOW development, implementation, customization, upgrades, data migration, rollouts, training & support. Have led onsite and offshore teams and worked directly with customer stakeholders across India, South-East Asia, Japan and Europe.
Also involved in AI/ML proof-of-concept work using LLM, TensorFlow and MediaPipe to improve the usability and efficiency of PLM and CAD systems.

Provide PLM and CAx consulting, solution architecture and program leadership for enterprise-scale implementations of Siemens Teamcenter and NX across Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Heavy Engineering and Manufacturing domains.
Lead end-to-end PLM project delivery including process assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, effort estimation, SOW preparation, implementation, customization, upgrades, roll-outs, training and post-go-live support for both greenfield and brownfield implementation programs.
Lead large-scale Knowledge Based Engineering (KBE) and NX CAx customization projects and develop automation solutions for complex requirements. Work closely with customers’ core technical teams to understand their design processes and define solution approaches for automation and customization using NXOpen, Ufunc, GRIP and Knowledge Fusion.
Serve as overall solution owner and delivery manager, managing onsite–offshore teams, ensuring schedule adherence, quality benchmarks and customer satisfaction across global engagements.
Drive project and account management activities, including stakeholder communication, risk management, change control and long-term customer relationship management.
Lead pre-sales and consulting engagements, preparing technical and commercial proposals (SOW), conducting technical demos, SRS, SDD, project plans and test strategies for complex PLM programs.
Lead onsite–offshore delivery teams and ensure consistent quality across global engagements.
Optimize Teamcenter infrastructure, including server sizing, hardware architecture, database tuning and performance optimization based on application usage and scalability needs.
Advise customers on PLM process transformation, aligning Teamcenter and CAx solutions with business processes, engineering workflows and organizational standards.
Mentor and develop technical and project teams, establishing best practices for delivery, documentation, training and support.
