I hold a degree of PhD in Genetics and Plant Breeding and have experience in molecular biology techniques, field experimental design, data collection, statistical analysis, manuscript preparation.

I have cleared three times NET exams, two ICAR NET in Genetics and Plant Breeding in 2017 and 2021 and one UGC NET in Environmental Science in 2020. I have so far attended seven trainings and eight national seminars and conferences. Additionally I have the practical experience on crop phenotyping for various plant traits, tools and techniques used in plant breeding like hybridization, backcrossing and selection etc. While modern techniques like use of molecular markers starting from DNA and RNA Extraction, PCR & RT-PCR, Spectrophotometry, Extraction and Purification of plant based metabolites, DNA Quantification, Gel Electrophoresis & Gel documentation, Tissue Culture & Microscopy.  I have the knowledge of using MS Office, Power Point, & smart sheet Excel and Statistical data analysis using R, DARwin, Cervus, GenAIEX, Phylogeny, Structure and BioEdit.
