I have done my Ph.D. in Antibody/Protein engineering and Structural Biology subject at Department of Biotechnology Central University of Rajasthan..

I have experiance in Cloning, PCR, Protein expression and purification, Handle FPLC Akta, CD spectrophotometer and have Animal handling, Mice immunization, Cytokine estimation, ELISA, Antibody titer and performing experiment of viral inhibition.

My Ph.D. Study focused to design an effective subunit vaccine capable of inducing a strong and lasting immune response. We designed four variants of chimeric vaccine candidates carrying domain A of CHIKV E2 fused to Fc domain(s)/peptides of IgM. The vaccine was designed to combine the oligomerizing potential and B cell activating/homeostasis capacity of IgM Fc to generate a chimeric candidate those could oligomerize and better sensitize the immune system
