I come with six years of professional experience and a proven track record in data science and analytics.

At present, I am working in IDFC First Bank where I am part of the digital analytics team. I am overlooking the change from Adobe Analytics to CleverTap Analytics for digital tracking of bank app and website apart from journey analytics and journey optimization.

During my tenure at HDFC Bank, I handled credit card acquisition analytics, where I played a pivotal role in developing predictive models that significantly improved acquisition strategies. This experience honed my skills in predictive modeling and data-driven decision-making, enabling the bank to make more informed and targeted customer acquisition efforts.

In addition to credit card analytics, I have extensive experience in a wide range of analytical functions. I have successfully developed and implemented lookalike models, conducted adhoc analyses, and executed thorough customer segmentation and profiling initiatives. These efforts were instrumental in optimizing marketing strategies and enhancing customer engagement.

My proficiency in journey analytics and funnel analysis further solidifies my ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. This skill set has proven invaluable in ensuring that data-driven marketing initiatives are not only effective but also aligned with overarching business objectives.

In the retail sector, I applied my expertise at Tata Croma and Raymond Ltd, where I excelled in market basket analysis, segmentation, assortment analysis, and competition analysis. These endeavors contributed directly to the formulation of strategic marketing campaigns, resulting in improved customer targeting and increased revenue.
