Managing big format stores (Reliance Super, Smart Bazaar, Reliance Market) & E Commerce Platform- JIO Mart selling Fashion, GM, Food, Electronics, Fresh etc…
I have achieved organizational growth in Modern Trade, E Commerce, Online Sales, Loyalty Program Management, Financial products sale, General Trade, Category management, Business Development, Channel Management, Jewellery I Last Mile Delivery in nearly 25 years.
As National Sales & Loyalty head, got Very rich experience of working with top management, Group CEO, Company CEO, Company Promoter & other head of departments in Future Group(Rs-27000 Cr group). I learned very valuable skills including Strategic thinking, Innovation, decision making process & very fast execution. I saw how an idea becomes a reality. Also at National profile got opportunity to create effective customer service procedures, establishing SOP’s, framework, policies and standards.
Managed 800 Retail Stores as National sales & Loyalty head in Future Group (Big Bazaar) achieved revenue of Rs 2500 Cr, Managed 590 stores as Zonal head North for FMCG(Private Label) in Future group achieved revenue of Rs 700 Cr.. Managed Following Formats Big Bazaar, Easy Day, Aadhaar, Nilgiri’s , Heritage, WH Smith.
I keep updating my knowledge, recently completed 1 yr. Management Development Certification Program from IIM(Kozhikode), Completed 1 yr. Post graduate diploma in Retail management from Symbiosis in 2016, also Completed Master diploma in Business administration (Marketing) from Symbiosis in 2004.
Exposure of working in India’s big business houses RELIANCE RETAIL LTD, FUTURE GROUP, RELIANCE INDUSTRIES, ICICI PRUDENTIAL, TATA GROUP, ICICI BANK.
My biggest strengths as a professional are the abilities to grow revenue per customer as well as retain existing clients by motivating teams and ensuring they focus on the needs of our target audience. My positive attitude and ambitious approach to business has seen the teams that I have led deliver strong revenue and market share gains.
