Close to Fifteen years of experience in Human Resource Operations and Payroll Administration, Framing of policies, Employee Engagement, Reimbursement processing, Statutory Compliance, data migration for software implementation, leave module management, attendance module management, employees personal details management in HRMS, tax calculation, full and final settlement, gratuity calculation, bonus calculation, NPS and Sodexo implementation etc.
