Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Leading the whole TAPF Surat unit comprising of around 388 employees.
  • Managing entire TAPF operations such as Production, Administration, Quality, Purchase, Supply chain, Stores, Human Resource, Process Improvement, Accounts and Finance, Housekeeping and Facility and Utility.
  • Liaising with different parties such as Government Bodies, Private Bodies, Vendors, Media, Corporate Houses and others.
  • Procurement of all the foods and non-food materials for the plant with better comparative statements.
  • Ensuring that the programs are implemented as per the guidelines along with establishing and developing linkages in the regions for program implementation and development.
  • Preparing budgets and ensuring compliance of financial procedure.
  • Working as the part of Internal Audit Team and Internal ISO 22000:2015 audit team within the organization.
  • Conducting Quality development process and implementation of different process improvement methods like- Lean Six Sigma Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, Quality Circle, PDCA, CAPA, Pareto Analysis & Quality Metrics.
  • Conducting innovation and modification of the existing systems, policy and in the operation domain so as to have smooth and better means of operations within the organization.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Role: General / Administration

  • Managing the office administrative Budget, with inputs to the management.
  • Managing AMC for the office equipment’s and others office management services and processing their bills.
  • Coordinating security matters of Geopetrol and including liaison with security service provider or with building maintenance.
  • Co-coordinating all administrative matters related to office landlord owners/ maintenance offices.
  • Physical verification and proper record of company assets in all company establishments, including office equipment’s.
  • Managing all Employee Insurance Schemes, including Medi-claim.
  • Assisting company’s field/company set ups in all establishment matters.
  • Managing of travel formalities connected to Inner Line Permit, Visa Etc.
  • Office administrative management including Vendor Management on day to day basis, which includes purchase of office materials, coordinating, and processing the payments
  • Processing of all bills related to Electricity, Telephone, water and building maintenance bills.
  • Maintenance of Invoice, Receipt and Payment
  • Maintaining the Bank Account and Preparation of Weekly & Monthly Templates.
  • Various Petty Cash payments (day to day activities) like Medical, Telephone, Office Cleaning.

Role: QHSE:

  • Facilitate and monitor regulatory compliance on QHSE matters, as per ISO 9001:2008 standard, (includes organizing public hearings on the respected block areas, obtaining Environment and Forest Clearances for expansion & New Projects etc.,) and to establish and maintain strong links with regulatory bodies.
  • All land acquisition related matter, dealing with Revenue Inspector, Patwari, Lease agreement, Land Documents, Survey Report.
  • Consent from State Pollution Control Boards for new & existing site, etc.
  • Co - ordination & liaison with various government agencies and Service Providers. Compliance of various statutory requirements related to environment, safety, firefighting &DGMS.
  • Implementation of safe work practices.
  • Constant monitoring of QHSE standards and policies in the field.
  • Review of daily HSE reports from field and preparation of monthly/ quarterly and yearly QHSE report and Submission to statutory authorities and Head Office.
  • Carrying out administration work at project office in connection with CBM operation at Various Site.
  • Planning & Supervision of CBM Block in connection with Materials requirement at Site.
  • Firming up the scope of the work for pre-drilling related activities in the project.
  • Handling all local purchase and maintain proper accounting procedure and maintain record.
  • All Logistics to ensure timely supply of services and materials at site for smooth operation.
  • Maintenance of Daily issue and material receive register.

Material Management:

  • Provide material supports, process and inventory of materials and perform material inspection, checking and tracing material certificates and documentation to ensure compliance with the company specifications and standards.
  • Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies also take morning meetings with all the crew for the same.
  • Study and understand different kind of oil field materials.
  • Report daily activity to the higher authority.
  • Produce and maintain records such as material inventory, status & location of Materials, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Coordinate and expedite flow of materials, parts and equipment’s according to project schedules.
  • Communicate with maintenance and technical service personnel on various matters related to stock movements, obtain their feedback on movement of critical parts, general materials and chemicals, and coordinate with them the appropriate actions to improve service level.
  • Requisition material and establish delivery dates to the work location according to job order priorities and material availability.
  • Review project schedules and related information and confer with the Project Team to determine material requirements in order to track materials and to identify overdue materials.
  • Examine materials received, verify part numbers and check discrepancies such as damaged or unmarked parts.
  • Maintain project material database for tracking and issuance of all materials both company and contractor supplied from the store to the work location.
  • Reconciliation of Inventory
  • Prepare & get approval from parties on work done certificate after completion of work according to received work order.
  • Maintain monthly tracker for real time status of material
  • In-out pass and generate good receive notes
  • Monthly and yearly evaluation of inventory

G & G and Production:

  • Assisting the G&G team in Geological interpretation, modelling and drawing through usages of software like Petrel, Geographix etc.
  • Prepare and Provide technical and administrative assistance to the Exploration Team in Geological maps (Surface/ Sub Surface), (through usages of Petrel, Geographix, Map-Info, ER Mapper etc.,) all required documentation and their filling for drilling campaigns.
  • Assist the exploration geoscientists as required; including the preparation of geological logs, GTO, Cross Sections, (Usages of Petrel, Geographix etc.,) presentation slides etc.
  • Providing maintenance and assistance to the exploration geoscientists in developing, checking and maintaining upto- date geological, stratigraphic and well databases in both digital and hard copy form.
  • Daily DPR review and production data management from Kharsang oil & CBM field.
  • Assisting Production and Drilling departments for the implementation of various (time to time) field development plans and studies.
  • Physical verification of assets at Kharsang oil field yearly
  • Managing the office administrative Budget, with inputs to the management.
