I am a highly motivated and progress-focused Test Manager with around 12+ years of long-standing background in this industry working with US, Canadian & UK clients. With a track record of initiative and dependability, I have devised strategic initiatives which I believe will prove valuable to the company.

In my previous role, I was mainly working into the Test management. Planning the test activities, creating the test plans, coordinating with stakeholder (both onshore and offshore), looking into the team’s training needs, managing the project timelines. I have proven to be effective and collaborative with strong teamwork talents. I enjoy collective brainstorming sessions which all me to coordinate activities to achieve a common goal.

• Developing and implementing quality control policies for the QA team.
• Liaising with different teams to ensure that there are no blockers for the QA team to meet the deliverables.
• Involved in the Defect Triage calls to ensure that the defects are fixed on timely basis and the testing is not blocked.
• Looking after training needs for the team and planning trainings for new members in the team.
• Successfully managed the different testing phases (E2E, SIT, etc.) and ensuring the project timelines are met.
• Sharing Daily/Weekly Status Reports (DSR's/WSR's) with the Project Stakeholders.
