Working as Product designer for Farmrise department at Bayer

Designing mobile application for small hold farmers

Responsibilities:

Conducting user research to understand the needs, pain points, and

goals of the company’s target users, which includes farmers, Field

officers, distributors, or other stakeholders in the agricultural industry.

This research may involve interviews, surveys, usability testing, and

field observation.

Designing the interactions that users will have with the product, such

as how they will input data, view information, and control devices.

This includes designing user interfaces that are visually appealing,

user-friendly, and efficient.

Creating prototypes of the agritech products to test with users and

get feedback.

Working closely with other teams, such as product managers,

engineers, and marketing, to ensure that the features are designed

and developed in a way that meets the needs of the business and the

users.

Keeping up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the

agritech industry so that you can design products that are innovative

and meet the evolving needs of the market.
