Handling T2 city and BB-Now operation in coimbatore location.

 Managing 42 employees as per the shift roaster. Assign the orders to respective department and follow. As per OKR need to follow the company metrics and follow. Asset management. Manpower productivity to give 100% without fail. Handover the orders to hub team on time as per the cut-off. Inventory management (fill-rate,cycle count,bin audit,FIFO) Cold chain process followed and maintain as well. DC hygiene. Need to control UD,fill-rate,write-off,RTV as per the company metrics. FNV products need to verify the FIFO on daily basis without fail and to move to packing section. Plan the shift roaster for G1 and G2 employees.

Handling the hub A to Z operations including FMCG and F&V items are handled in operation sector. Maintaining the OTD and MTD without fail. Responsible for all the orders on same day delivery. Analyze the manpower on daily basis and plan orders route planning. Share hourly data's as per execution. Managing a transport fleet of vans and bikers. Driving productivity and improving delivery standards as per high demanding business. Successfully reduced the avg cost per shipment delivery 70 to 65/-. Handling hub operations for Coimbatore.
