Ltd. - Akruti City Ltd. - Runwal Developers (7.5 years), Panoramic Group of Cos.  (8.4 years) followed by Vedang Cellular Services Pvt. Ltd. - Subsidiary of Quess Corps Ltd. (2.5 years) & currently providing consultancy for creating  Policies & Process for the smooth operation of Administration, Security, Safety, Facility & Estate Management to the organizations.

My experience spans the various specialties like Managing Properties & Facilities of Residential-Commercials Complex & Malls, Property purchasing-Negotiation-Finalizing Agreement-Registration-Acquisitions-Taking properties on Lease, and Management of  Health-Safety-Environment at PAN India level. This experience across Defense, Constructions, Hospitality (3/5 Star Hotels) & Telecommunication Industries leaders in the diverse section has provided me with exposure to best-in-class practices & processes.
