Worked in Mine Planning& Environment, Land & Lease, Forest, Legal Compliance, Administration, Safety, Training & Mine Operations in the capacity of Head & Statutory Mines Manager of two mining leases of Tata Steel in Manganese & Iron sector. Project proponent in 12 Public hearings & FRA Gram sabha for diversion of Forest land. prepared , monitored and complied with Final Mining Closure Plan of Two large mechanized Mines of Tata Steel. Sustainability champion of Tata Steel, Ferro Alloys & Minerals Division. Complied with all statutory compliances related to mines and plants of Tata Steel including, Forest Clearance, EC, CTO, PMCP, CGWA, HW, and other returns and compliances. Having lead auditor certificate in ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 and ISO 45001-2018 and SA 8000-2015 certification, Internal Audit In-charge of different units of Tata Steel. Green belt and TPM coordinator. TQM in-charge of FAMD. Liaison with different Government departments, like, revenue, forest, environment, DGMS, IBM and other regulatory authorities.

Qualification- 1.MBA ( Production& Operations Management & HRM) from Utkal University Bhubaneswar.

2. Mines Manager's First Class Certificate of Competency with 27 years of experience as First Class Mines Manager in Tata Steel Ltd.

3. Diploma in Mining Engineering from OSME Keonjhar Odisha.

4. Certified TBEM assessor of Tata Steel.

4. Lead Auditor of IMS system and SA 8000 system.
