I have had the privilege of being part of a program that not only emphasizes academic excellence but also offers a professional placement of three months. The program's accreditation by the British Psychological Society (BPS) ensures that I adhere to the highest standards of professional practice, preparing me to excel in the field. During my professional placement at Mind In the Vale of Glamorgan, United Kingdom, I collaborated with a Tier 0 and Tier 1 team, offering guided self-help based on CBT principles. This experience provided valuable insights into collaboration and holistic approaches to mental health.  

I conducted Master's research on the Impact of Corrective Feedback on the testing effect, refining my critical thinking and analytical skills. My Bachelor's research explored the relationship between Loneliness and Internet Addiction, shedding light on the interplay of psychological factors and technology in modem society. By actively engaging in social and volunteering work in India, at NGO Patheya and Umeed India Foundation, I demonstrated my commitment to making a positive impact on society, contributing to projects aimed at assisting marginalized communities and organizing high-profile charity events. Throughout my internships at Therapy and Beyond, as well as in the field of Organizational Psychology, I successfully applied psychological principles in practical settings, sharpening my analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. My diverse experiences have also nurtured my leadership abilities, evident through my roles as a Student Representative at Cardiff University, House Captain during my schooling years, and membership in the Rotary Interact Club.
