Sarang Vidhale

Sarang is a road safety expert based in India, specializing in various aspects of road safety and accident prevention. With a strong background in scientific road accident research and analysis, Sarang has been actively involved in the field since 2010. During this time, Sarang had the privilege of working with TATA Motors, one of India's leading automobile manufacturers, in several key roles related to road safety.

As the Head of the Accident Research Group at TATA Motors, his primary responsibility was to conduct comprehensive studies on selective Indian roads. This involved analyzing accident data, collecting evidence from crash sites, and studying the contributing factors leading to accidents. By identifying patterns and trends, Sarang gained valuable insights into the causes of accidents w.r.t. Human, Vehicle & Infrastructures and their impact on road safety.

Furthermore, Sarang served as the instigator and head of TATA Motors' #roadsafety Initiative. Under this initiative, he spearheaded numerous road safety projects and campaigns aimed at promoting safe driving practices and reducing accidents. Through collaborations with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders, Sarang successfully implemented various road safety initiatives and awareness programs.

In his capacity as a road safety expert, he has also provided recommendations for infrastructure and road improvements. By assessing road conditions, traffic patterns, and accident-prone areas, he offered insights to enhance road safety through measures such as BRIFEN wire rope safety fence, better roadside furniture, and effective driver awareness, etc.

3. Crash Investigator: In my capacity as a crash investigator, I conducted thorough investigations into road accidents involving TATA Motors' vehicles. This involved analyzing crash data, visiting accident sites, and gathering evidence to understand the causes and contributing factors.
