 Overseeing the Lab operations for HVAC testing for Refrigerators and Aircon and Lighting products
 Participating and member of various Technical Committees of BIS
 Delivery of BIS, UL, CB, ESMA, G Mark projects for various clients in AHL products 
 Working with various regulators like BIS, ESMA, SASO etc.
 Responsible for various Audits like NABL,BIS,ANSI etc.
 Handling Assessments and Accreditations like NABL, BIS, NABCB

√ Initial Pull Down
√ Half Reload Recovery
√ Energy Consumption
√ Weathering Test
 Certification testing of products for CE,CB and other certifications as per various IEC, EN standards
 Making the Test plans as per the market requirements for various models
 Looking after the calibration of various equipments used for the Testing & Inspection purpose.
 Generation of various daily MIS reports .
 Analysis of the Test results and making changes in products accordingly.
 Interaction with the vendors for various equipments, samples.
 Process inspection for the modification as per the specific models.
 Life Testing of Components Like Fan, Blower, Heat Exchangers, Tubings, Etc.

Designation – Safety Evaluation Lead (Associate Project Engineer)–Conformity Assessment Services

Responsibilities

 Testing & UL Listing of HVAC Products like Air-Conditioners, Refrigerators and Recognition for components like Heat Exchangers, Compressors etc.
 Testing & UL Listing of Appliances and Recognition for components like Luminaries, Motors, Pumps, Pressure Cookers etc.
 D Mark, CB Certification for all HVAC and Appliance products.
 CE Marking for various products covered under Low Voltage, EMC Directive. 
 Carrying out Technical Assessments of Client Laboratories as per ISO 17025.
 Interacting with clients on Techno-Commercial discussions on Certification issues

 Completed a Six Sigma Project to reduce the field defect (IR) of Air-Conditioner from 1.7 to 1.3%.
 Done a Six Sigma project on Aircon productivity improvement at OEM end by Line Balancing and Line defect 
control.

Jun’01 to May’03 with Sidwal Refrigeration P Ltd , Faridabad

Responsibilities

 Looking after the outgoing quality of Window, Split Aircon and LHB Type Railway Coach Air conditioner.
 Conducting testing of the units as per the IS standards.
 Conducting testing of the products during the development stages.
 Coordinating in the DGS&D, RDSO, RITES inspections for the Window, Split and Railway Coach Air
