Over the past 30 years, my career has been a journey of growth, setbacks, and resilience. After completing my engineering degree, I began my professional journey as a Sales Officer with Unilever in 1995. Over the next seven years, I ascended to become the Head of Lever Foods Service in North India. I then played a pivotal role in building the ACT II Popcorn business for ConAgra Foods, and later served as the National Head for the PCO Business at Tata Telecom, before transitioning to become the Circle Head at MTS.

By 2015, I had the honor of becoming the Managing Director of Water Health Africa, where I led transformative initiatives in the water access and sanitation sector across the continent.

However, my career has not been without its challenges. I faced several professional setbacks, including a stint as Vice President of a failed air ambulance business, and ventures into technology and the chemical industry that didn’t succeed as planned. I even launched a Food Service QSR, which, unfortunately, had to close within six months due to the impact of COVID-19.

Despite these failures, I didn’t give up. In 2020, I seized the opportunity to become the Chief Operating Officer at ICATT Air Ambulance Services. Under my leadership, the company has grown into one of the largest air ambulance services in Southeast Asia. Our work has earned recognition, including awards and coverage in prominent publications like Forbes and Outlook, highlighting our commitment to excellence in healthcare services.

This journey has taught me the importance of resilience, adaptability, and the power of never giving up in the face of adversity.
