• Accountable for leading a team of   employees with the responsibility of executing MEP construction activities to ensure the completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
• Regularly monitoring MEP construction operations to confirm, they are being carried out in accordance with contract drawings, specifications, other contract documents, Operations strategy, standards, policies and procedures. 
• Notifying the Client and Consultant for any discrepancy, found in the tender and IFC documents. 
• Responsible to review Material submittal, method statement, shop drawings, design calculations and subcon PQs.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress.
• Ensure all materials and equipment on the site fully comply with standards and technical specification requirements.
• To guide and lead subcontractors to achieve desired progress and to take adequate corrective action and to ensure project completion as per targeted schedule.  
• Participating in technical & Site progress review meetings with Client, Consultant and Sub contractor.
• Keep the Project Management apprised of any change in construction activities or cost prior to incurring additional time or materials outside of the project scope.
• Ensuring that critical milestones are met for each phase of the project.
• Review and evaluate contractor’s variations and claims and recommend to client.
• Perform value engineer during the works
• Enforcing the relevant safety rules at site and monitoring all aspects of the work for compliance with security, health and safety requirements
• Identify potential risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients
• Coordinating with local authorities for MEP tie-in connections.
• Review contractor's pay requests and issue payment certificates.
• Ensuring that testing and commissioning is carried out as per approved check lists and all concerned parties sign the check list until testing and commissioning is completed.
• Preparing the handover schedule, documents and ensuring any outstanding defects are rectified.
