I am a higherly skilled and experienced sports physiotherapist with a passion for helping athletes to achieve their peak performance. I have a strong track record of success in treating a wide range of sports related injuries and providing effective rehabilitative treatment to get athletes back in the game. With extensive knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics and sports medicine, I am confident in my ability to provide top quality care to athletes of all level.

I have worked in different Nationals and All India Inter-Universities championships. I have had the opportunity to work closely with professional athletes, providing them with effective treatment plans and personalized rehabilitation programs. I possess expertise in injury assessment, manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrotherapy. I am also skilled in developing preventative strategies to minimize the risk of injuries and enhance athletes' performance with return to sports criteria. I work on clients with evidence based practices.

I have completed my Master’s Degree in Sports Physiotherapy from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar Punjab and have gained substantial experience. My academic knowledge, combined with hands-on experience, has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of sports injuries and their treatment.
