• Coordinating with different teams Internal and External (Network Security, Incident Control, Change Managers etc) to troubleshot the issue.

• Worked with Moogsoft team to enable alerting mechanism.
•  Working on Changes based on Priority low, Normal, Expedite Change and Emergency Changes.
