• Preparing Checklist for Painting Coating Activities during Unit Shutdowns and new project works
• Witness & Inspection of all Painting / Coating activities done by Coating Contractors, Review of Inspection Documents & follow up on defective work corrections.
• Monitoring performance and quality of work during Various coating Applications
• Site Audit for Approved Coating Materials, Storage and Quality Procedure and Application Requirements.
• Visiting Contractors Work Site for Inspections and check points
• Strong knowledge in operating various Coating Inspection Equipment’s
• Review the Painting / Coating Procedure submitted by coating Contractor and ensure proposed procedures are in line with specifications.
•  Verify / Review all onshore/offshore-related Painting / Coating work carried out in accordance with the approved Procedures and Inspection & Test plan. 
• Witnessing Qualification procedures for Blaster/Painter/wrapping Applicator as per specification/Standards and Company’s requirement 
• Effective Communication with Coating, Painting Contractors Supervisor for update on requirement and timely completion of projects
• Update Activities, Work Completions and follow up works to Corrosion Seniors and Supervisors
• Teamwork with Maintenance Engineers, Planning Engineers, Project Engineers and Contractors Engineers for Quality requirements to completion of Project Checklist.
• Maintain Environment record RH% Dew point, Steel Temperature and Equipment’s Calibration Records
