I'm an MBA in HR from one of the premier Management Institutes of India, Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, and a Certified Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), approved by ECNLP & ANLP (India) and Certified Mind and Wellness Super Coach by Yogendra Singh Rathore (YSR). Also, I am author of my first book “Expect the Unexpected – Rewiring the Unforeseen Corporate World”. Have around 20+ years of experience handling HR in different working environments and businesses, like Manufacturing, Corporate HR, Automobile, Telecom, Steel, Sugar, FMCG, and Management Services. I have worked for some big business Houses in India, like Aditya Birla Group, Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), Reliance Communications (RCOM), Tata Motors, and Tata Docomo. Electrosteel Steels Limited, Balrampur Chini Mills Limited, etc. Last sixteen years of my professional experience at the senior management level encompassing the entire gamut of HR activities like Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, Reward & Benefits, HR Policies, OD, L&D, Performance Management, Job Analysis & Evaluation, and Office Administration & Global HR coordination. Have experience in setting up HR Processes and structure in an organization to playing the role of HR strategist in partnering businesses. Fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi. Understand Bengali.
