I am holding masters in medical biochemistry degree with 5 years of experience in R&D molecular biology and diagnostic field. Presently employed as a Research professional in R&D of one of the leading invitro diagnostic manufacturing company. 
Expertise in basic and Advanced molecular biology techniques like Gene Cloning, plasmid construction, site directed mutagenesis, Primer & Probe Designing for RT PCR, SNP (Allelic discrimination) primer And probe designing. RT LAMP primer designing, sequence alignment for insilico study of cross reactivity, protein docking. have Good understanding of genomic databases and their annotations (For example: GenBank, RefSeq, dbSNP, Uniprot and RCSB protein database etc) and Lyophilization process optimization.
hands on experience in RT PCR kit development & troubleshooting, protein cloning, expression and purification in lab scale. Have a good knowledge for Validation of in vitro diagnostic kit as per the ISO 20395, CLSI EP-17 , WHO guidelines (TSS & TGS). Kit accelerated shelf life calculation as per Clark, G.S. FDA Guidance Document: Shelf Life of Medical Devices, DSMA, CDRH, FDA, April. 1991 and standard guideline ASTM F1980.
Certified With ISO13485:2016 (Internal Auditor), ISO15189:2012 (Internal Auditor), cGMP: Introduction to Good Manufacturing Practices and Advanced Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
