I am a customer-centric Support Manager and Product Owner with strong experience in bridging the gap between customers, business, and technology. I specialize in delivering high-quality support operations while driving product improvements based on real customer insights and business priorities.

In my role, I lead support teams to ensure timely issue resolution, high customer satisfaction, and clear communication across stakeholders. I work closely with engineering, sales, and leadership teams to identify recurring issues, define product requirements, and translate customer needs into actionable product enhancements.

As a Product Owner, I manage backlogs, prioritize features, and support end-to-end delivery—from requirement gathering and sprint planning to UAT and release readiness. I am skilled at balancing operational support demands with long-term product strategy, ensuring stability while enabling continuous improvement.

I am known for proactive problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and strong ownership of outcomes. My goal is to build scalable support processes, improve product usability, and create seamless customer experiences that drive retention and business growth.

As an IT professional with 15 years of experience in product ownership, retail technology, and enterprise support, specializing in POS systems, ERP integrations, and cross-functional team leadership, managing and supporting Oracle Xstore, Xadmin, and Xcenter environments, as well as Microsoft D365 solutions, I would like to work with your company in a challenging role to leverage expertise in business analysis, stakeholder management, and solution delivery to drive operational excellence, enhance customer experience, and enable digital transformation in a dynamic retail environment. 

I have proficiency to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities to align business goals with customer needs and deliver high-impact retail solutions. I also oversee end-to-end support and optimization of POS, ERP, and CRM systems to ensure seamless store operations and data accuracy.

Presently associated as a Product Owner – Xstore & Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Arvind Fashions Pvt. Ltd, I drive product vision, roadmap, and backlog management for Oracle Xstore POS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules across multi-store retail environments. I also define, refine, and prioritize epics, features, and user stories aligned with strategic business goals to ensure effective sprint planning and execution.

I am a Graduate and currently pursuing my MBA in Project Management.
