* Support the business divisions on commercial & contractual matters including contract negotiations as per the Company’s Policy
* Review progress of outstanding litigation & liaise with & manage external lawyers
* Review & advice to the Marketing team & respective Business Heads on legal implications of internal policies & procedures

* Taking care of POSH (member of POSH Committee) related matter giving final consent to various draft & document before filing of the same
