Reporting to Chief Financial Officer, managing a team of three. Responsible for multi-geographic Legal and Compliance functions, focusing on digital transformation initiatives.
Current KRA:
My current KRA remains the same as during my earlier role at the company. Below are the added responsibilities that I have been entrusted with since then. I am currently single-handedly supporting the multi-geographic Legal and Compliance of Organization’s Digital Transformation. Have been appointed as the Organization Legal Representative on the “GDPR and DPDA Regulation and Compliance Committee”.
My role as part of the committee is:
 

• Leading the implementation of AI-driven contract management systems to streamline contract drafting, review, and risk mitigation.
• Automating compliance checks using AI tools to enhance regulatory adherence across jurisdictions (India, UK, UAE, Nigeria, etc.).
• Supporting the organization’s digital transformation strategy by ensuring that all legal and regulatory aspects are addressed using LegalTech solutions.
• Collaborating with AI vendors to customize solutions for handling routine legal queries and compliance reporting.
• Implementing rules & processes for the purpose of complying with data protection related regulations.
• All legal documentation related to setting up the Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) business unit of the Organization.
• Ensuring internal clients, Management, colleagues and staff are informed of relevant legal and regulatory developments and their implications, particularly as related to the Organizations operations in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, UK, Nigeria, UAE and KSA geographies.

• Successfully integrated AI-based contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, reducing contract processing time by 30%.
