Creative Direction: Brainstorm with the team and develop prototype/concepts for different creative collateral. 

 Team Management: 

       ○ Provide day to day internal guidance to team members/ team leads. 

       ○ Manage the selection, training and development of the respective resources.

 ● Project Management: 

        ○ Maintain on-time, on-budget and quality delivery of the project. 

        ○ Assure the creatives are in compliance with professional, company policy standards and brand execution requirements. 

● Communication: 

          ○ Manage communication with the client, account management. 

          ○ Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders. 

● Pre-sales: 

          ○ Assist the business development in creating proposals.
