Hi, Iam Shehin S. A. from Trivandrum, Kerala. I have over 2 years of experience in hospitality and customer service, and I’m currently working as a Forex Sales Assistant at Alhind Tours and Travels. I hold a B.Com in Travel and Tourism and am certified in IATA’s “Serving the Travel Customer.” I’m passionate about travel, fitness, and delivering great customer experiences.

I have over 2 years of diverse professional experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, and event management. Currently, I work as a Forex Sales Assistant at Alhind Tours and Travels, handling foreign exchange transactions and ensuring client satisfaction.Previously, I served as an Event Manager at Tharavattil Plaza, organizing and promoting events, and as a Junior Fitness Trainer at F12 Fitness Centre, where I guided clients with personalized workouts. I also worked as a Sales Executive at Paytm Ltd, gaining experience in digital payments and customer relations.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Travel & Tourism from the Kerala Institute of Travel & Tourism Studies, which provided me with a strong foundation in the tourism industry. Additionally, I completed the IATA “Serving the Travel Customer” certification from Alhind Academy, enhancing my skills in customer service and airline operations.
