I'm Shikha, a compassionate and dedicated psychologist with a Master's in Counselling Psychology from the School of Social Work Roshni Nilaya. My mission is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their inner world and overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress. Through an eclectic approach tailored to each client's needs, I offer valuable insights, emotional support, and effective coping tools to foster personal growth and well-being.
