Shikha Hegde

I'm Shikha, a compassionate and dedicated psychologist with a Master's in Counselling Psychology from the School of Social Work Roshni Nilaya. My mission is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their inner world and overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress. Through an eclectic approach tailored to each client's needs, I offer valuable insights, emotional support, and effective coping tools to foster personal growth and well-being. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy, and my goal is to guide clients towards becoming the best version of themselves, enhancing their mental health and overall life satisfaction.

I have 1 year of experience working full-time as a Psychologist at MindTribe and 1 year working as a Trainee Counsellor in various schools and colleges in Mangalore. 

I have completed in MSc. in Counselling from School of Social Work Roshni Nilaya, Mangalore
