During my internship at Fortis worldwide, I was an active member of my recruitment team. This gave me a working knowledge of submitting justification report to the particular recruiter by filling details of the candidates, their roles and, on what basis I have recruited the candidates. As you can see, hands-on experience, and extracurricular activities make a great fit for the Human Resource Manager.
