• Having 9+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM including customization and Development.
• Experience in working in the complete Software development life cycle involving development, documentation, testing, and maintenance.
• Expertise in programming utilizing of MS CRM 2013/2016/D365/Power Platform, Cloud Flow,C# 5.0, Web API, XRMToolkit, SSIS, SSRS , Customization, Canvas App, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Agile
• Experience in Sales, and Customer Service CRM modules.
• Good experience in end-to-end CRM implementation & is accomplished in understanding Business processes for various industry functions.
• Experience in MS CRM performing configuration using out-of-box features and custom development using XRM(Plugins, JavaScript, Workflows, and SSRS reports).
• Excellent understanding of Azure DevOps builds automation for Dynamics 365.
• Good understanding of Power BI reports using CRM and external data sources.
• Excellent understanding of Power Platform in Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps) , Power Automate(MS Flows), and Power BI.
• Have worked on Azure and PCF as well.
• Strong work ethic and an excellent team player.
