Currently working on end-to-end underwriting (all 4C’s) Verifying Documents such as Credit Report, Appraisal, Title Report, Bank Statements ,1040 Tax Returns ,4506-T, Income Documents (Paystubs, W2, Self-employment, Social Security Income, Retirement Pension Letters all Disclosure)
Train the people who all are new to the process.
Worked on applications like Encompass, Citrix, MS Outlook, MS Excel, new image and LPS, Drive report, Cross-trained on most of the sub-processes (doc review, Compliance, Quality control).
