Leading 4 sub-teams within Sales Operations and planning 1) Contract Operations 2) Revenue Management 3) Revenue Planning and 4) CRM & System Ops

 

Work with stakeholders (Finance Strategy, Legal, Tax, Account Receivables) on business growth plan and Sales Operations support strategy to achieve revenue growth in the region

Evaluate the need for and develop a series of booster programs for pushing India outbound revenue

Work directly with key leaders on revenue planning, critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue (rebates/discounts/special deals/credit line) sales productivity and operational efficiency.

Development and management of sales territories and sales quotas

Lead revenue management (invoicing and collection) processes to ensure smooth operations.

Translate global initiatives to regional / local level and help drive alignment through partnerships with local sales team and cross functional teams.

Manage the implementation & enhancement of in>house CRM system; help customize the tool for India market.

Set‑up processes improvement for smooth pay‑out calculations and conduct quality checks of Sales Compensation programs

Managing sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes

Proactively identify and streamline sales processes to help find opportunities to improve sales team efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale standard methodologies across verticals/sectors

Responsible for ensuring sales processes & policies are implemented effectively within the team.

Work with leadership in creating, revising, and implementing policies that have direct & indirect revenue impact.

Create internal Incentive policies based on revenue actualization.

Support leadership on short>term and long>term projects including launch of new sales initiatives, industry & market segmentation

Education
