I am writing to express my interest in the IT Recruiter position in your esteemed organization in pursuit of an innovative endeavour. I have 9 years of work experience in varied sectors like IT, Education and Administration.

I have excellent communication and administration skills, which would meet the requirements of the post. My current role is that of contract staffing. Being an IT professional, I come with a good understanding of the requirements given on a day-to-day basis. My job responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews along with negotiating the remuneration of the candidates keeping in mind the client's budget. Have played an active role in onboarding several candidates as per the client policies. Have been involved in procuring requirements from the client and fulfilling the same by ensuring close coordination with my team. I am driven by identifying innovative approaches to business challenges much like your esteemed organization. With my varied experience, I hope to become a part of your team for a long term and contribute beneficially. 

I have completed my post-graduation in Human Resources from Alliance University and secured 84.5%, I am currently working with CGB Solutions as an IT Recruiter.
