I have around 10 years of working experience in the ATM Hardware and Software domain. I worked with Diebold and CMS on this time period and completed many support activities and upgrades for the ATMs.

After successfully completing 3 months specialized training at APT, i was assigned to the ATM Driver project where he supported different clients to manage their ATMs, ATM Load and support during any of their issues/queries that they came across while testing. I have also worked in and completed various Postilion projects. The project included successful upgrade of OS & DB, App & DB Split, Postilion application upgrades. During his tenure in the project, i was exposed to most of the mainstream Postilion applications such as RTFW (5.1, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5), PostCard (5.4,5.5, 5.6), AtmApp (5.6,5.7), Portal (ATM, Card). The client drives over 8000 + ATM’s including over 1000 BNA terminals and over 60,000 POS terminals. I also performed a full system health check performing benchmarking exercises on the system.

I have assisted the client to upgrade their Postilion application to the latest levels including RTFW, PostCard, Portal, TermApp, Hypercom, eSocket.POS, AtmApp, Office, OS and DB. Also set up multiple Postilion servers on VM for many clients in the region.

·      Managing and Maintaining BCRMs and ATMs.

·      Participated in one of the biggest projects in the payment industry. New currency configuration in Diebold ATMs after demonetization
