I am  Sneha Chikate, I am from Nagpur. I am a Commerce Graduate. I have done my Masters in Computer management from Nagpur University with aggregate 72 %.  I have also done Post Graduate diploma in Banking Operations from NIIT Pune.

Moving forward about my work experience, overall, I have 8.3 years of work experience out of 6.3 years is in banking as a Privilege banker in ICICI Bank Mumbai. and 2.1 year as Business Analyst in Axis Bank Pune.

About my family background, I am married for 8 years. me and my husband, we both are from Nagpur. We have 1 kid, my husband is software engineer, he works with John Deere, Pune. 

Have overall experience of 8.3 years,  6.2 years as a Banker and  2.1 years as a Business Analyst. A dedicated and hard-working business analyst willing to redefine the career trajectory from banking into a new domain to help the company grow to new heights and to gain expertise in Business Analysis.

Having knowledge on various methodology in SDLC models, Waterfall and Agile. • Proficient in Waterfall model: Enterprise analysis, prepared RACI matrix. Requirements Gathering through various Elicitation techniques. Experienced UML diagrams and translating BRD into FRD and preparing SRS. Apply MOSCOW and FURPS techniques to priorities the requirement. Requirements tracking through RTM. Well-versed with UAT & handling change requests. • Expert in Agile scrum: Creation of user stories and added acceptance criteria, BV & CP by using Jira tool, prepare sprint and product backlogs, conducted various sprint meetings, sprint and product burndown charts, ensured DOR and DOD checklist, participated in UAT.
