I’m a legal operations and billing professional with over four years of experience managing corporate legal workflows, compliance, and contract lifecycle processes. My work spans UTBMS-based invoice auditing, cost compliance, and workflow automation for global clients. I’ve helped teams improve accuracy, streamline billing operations, and integrate legal tech tools for better efficiency. I hold an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Laws and Policies from OP Jindal Global Law School, where my research focused on cross-border mergers and corporate governance. I also have a B.Com LL.B from the Central University of Chhattisgarh, combining business and law foundations that strengthen my work in corporate compliance, billing, and contract management.
