(Year 2020) - My work was to survey and to find out how many people have undertaken Hydroxy chloroquine for covid and what’s the possible side effects after treating patients with that medicine and find out success rate of that medicine.

I have lab internship experience in form of internship at Texas Tech University, under my advisor Zhang Hong. Since crop cannot grow in extreme situation, our work was to play with the genes of those crops, grow them to see if they survive. In other words, We wanted to dramatically improve crop yields by increasing drought-, heat-, and salttolerance in transgenic crops. During my time at Texas Tech University, I had the privilege of engaging in research work where I developed skills in protein purification, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and gel electrophoresis.

 1)Accomplished in designing and executing experiments to explore the effects of α-melanocyte stimulating hormone (αMSH) concentration and the role of cAMP in dispersion/aggregation. Committed to delivering scientific insights that contribute to the understanding of neurobiological processes.
Our goal is to demonstrate that the hormone α -melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH) can induce dispersion of chromatophores; we also want to show that this effect is dependent on the concentration of α-MSH. B. Our second goal was to show that the level of cAMP determines the degree of dispersion. Phosphodiesterase (PDE) degrades cAMP and can directly influence the dispersion state of melanophores. We used IBMX to inhibit the activity of PDE.
2) Designed and Implemented Experiments: Orchestrated and executed experiments to investigate pigment granule movement in fish melanophores, establishing a foundation for understanding the impact of hormonal stimuli on chromatophores.
3)Expertise in cAMP Regulation: Investigated the role of cAMP in determining the degree of dispersion in melanophores. Successfully employed IBMX to inhibit phosphodiesterase (PDE) activity, showcasing a proficiency in manipulating cellular processes to achieve specific outcomes.
4)Analytical Thinking: Applied critical thinking skills to interpret experimental results, connecting molecularlevel events to observable changes in chromatophore behavior. This analytical approach is transferable to diverse problem-solving scenarios.
These accomplishments and transferable skills position me as an asset to a new employer seeking a motivated and scientifically astute team member.
