As a fresher I am eager to join an organisation where I can apply the skills and theoretical knowledge I have gained from my educational background in a practical setting . I have completed two internships one with shine projects  and another with ifortis Worldwide comapny. My last working in Ayka communication Pvt Ltd as a Trainee recruiter.

In this role my key responsibility include:-

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels
• Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates 
• Conducting interviews via phone and Google meet to assess candidates knowledge, skills and experience
• Attending daily review and coordination meetings
• Provide shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers 
• Sending job offer email and addressing queries about compensation and benefits
• Maintaining accurate and upto date records of employee information
