I am a Yoga Teacher and also a Yoga Instructor with holistic knowledge of Yoga texts and practical Knowledge. I am also experienced in managing yoga classes. Conducting Workshops and competitions.

I am Working as a yoga instructor in a yoga studio, in that studio my role is to give advance instruction and demonstrations & correct them.

Education

I completed my B.Sc. degree from Visva Bharati University in Yoga Science And also completed my M.Sc. from the same university In yoga. I attained state meets 8 times, and 4 times at National games. And achieved the third (Bronz) position in the all-India basis competitions.
