- As a SPOC pursuing all the communication with Corporate and Channel partners/Customers to ensure faster resolution within TAT.
· Coordination of all cashless and reimbursement health claims end to end between the H.O claims team and the regional claims team.
· Liaising with the TPA’s, hospitals and related departments to get the claim resolved.
· Communicating the resolution to Corporate and Channel partners/Customers via emails, letters and web chats.
· Assisting the regional hospital networking team with hospital empanelment and wellness activities.
