As a subject matter expert/ program manager, I acted as a Corporate Manager for implementation of different EHS programs/Initiatives to enhance EHS culture among the organizations. In this journey worked with different OEM like GE, Suzlon, Siemens Gamesa, TATA etc., centralise data for analysis & Meetings with Internal/External Stockholders & clients to understand the exact requirement of client which helps to deliver the product fulfilling customer requirements.

-Career started with L&T construction with thermal power plant in Barmer ( Rajastan) had a tough first experience travelling almost 1978 KM to aspire career as a fresher . 

- After L&T Moved to Punj Lloyd Group ( Oil & Gas) sector to upgrade the knowledge with risk activities & constructed and operated ONGC,HPCL,IOCL,BG India Etc., and projects overseas like China & Myanmar .

- worked with Adani Krishnapatnam port as a AM to manage EHS activities for 32 department operations (Marine operations, Warehouses, Coal Yards, Container terminal, Railways, Jetty operations, Road safety Etc.,) and manger to achieved CII 5 star award during my period with new initiatives implemented like Digitalization of EHS process – EHS onspot reporting to ensure 100% safety compliance.

- Worked with Greenko Group ( Solar,Wind & Hydro) DM  HSE India In charges across Indian (110 Plants & Projects) to ensure EHS Improvement – ISO implementation across all operational plants from Himachal to Kanyakumari .Developed H&S plan inline with ISO 45001 for implantation across india to enhance safety culture to minimize the incidents.

- Worked with Essar Group ports sector with iron ore operations & liasioning with Viskhakapatnam port trust & PCB for legal compliance. DGFASLI for EHS concerns and submissions.

- Worked with Renewsys India private limited ( Enpee Group)– Solar Module & cell Manufacturing sector as a regional lead to support india plants – strengthened Operational safety, Chemical, HAZOP studies, Risk Management studies, Quantitative risk assessment Etc., to improve the safety of the operations.

- Worked with Envision Solutions Private Limited – As a Subject Matter Expert & Business Analyst I am working as a EHS software development for digitalization of EHS processes by centralise data for analysis & Meeting with Internal/External stockholders to understand the “Needs & Expectation “exact requirement of client which helps to deliver the product fulfilling customer requirements.I can be an asset to the organization in terms of interacting with client to understand what exactly client expectation.Where involves the RFP evaluation – Design of Screens, Data flow , Data storage , Data Retiral mechanism. Mobile application development & Web application Development expect with Dashboard designing.

-Working with AMAZON as a EHS Program Manger India – where we manage almost 54 EHS processes including ISO documentation framework, British Safety Council (BSC) and Internal & External audits development & Auditing the system to identify the improvement area to enhance EHS across India sites.
