• Design, implement, and maintain on premise network infrastructure.
• Security and NAT rule addition in Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD, FortiGate Firewalls and monitoring IPS device.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot network issues and failovers.
• Work on Cisco AnyConnect VPN issues on client machines.
• Configure VPN profiles, push them to the firewalls renew SSL security certificates.
• Identify and resolve network infrastructure related incidents. 
• Troubleshooting end user connectivity issues.
• Review cyber security policies, standards and procedures to implement with regulatory compliance requirements.
• Change, incident, request creation on Service Now tool.
•  Implementing, reviewing change with proper change management approvals. 
• Join priority 1,2 and 3 calls, analyze the situation suggest workaround and troubleshoot the problem.
• Document incident analysis and create knowledge articles for problem reports. 
• Identify and document business risks and risk mitigation plans, collaborating with internal teams on implementation. 
• Monitor customer infrastructure using SOPs and tools to identify failures, raise vendor tickets with defined priority and severity. 
•  Provide support for firewall upgradations. 
•  Configuration of Network device, backups, syslog. 
•  Generate utilization reports and capacity reports for network infrastructure.
