She has over 6 years of experience in creating and delivering innovative and engaging learning solutions for various organizations, such as Statiq, 1K, Lenskart, and Decathlon. 

She holds an MBA from Lovely Professional University and an eMDP in Project Management from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. She is skilled in instructional design, adult learning, competency mapping, project management, stakeholder management, collaboration, recruitment, and LMS. 

She is passionate about hiking and enjoys working with diverse and dynamic teams. She is motivated by the vision of empowering employees to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the organization.
